As a result of the great success and the increased interest for the pilot phase of the PEP Green School activity, it was decided to expand it and to include 15 new schools. They have already established Green Clubs with an average number of 25 members, who will be focused on four relevant environmental themes: energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, and transportation. >>>
For healthy development of our students, other than good classroom and indoor working conditions, adequate outdoor surroundings are also necessary. Students should feel pleasant at their classroom desks, but also in their immediate outdoor setting – the school yard. Provided these elements are managed well, appropriate use of natural resources can help achieve significant results.>>>
